How to start service without an internet connection

I have modified the "PropertyGroups.xml file" and downloaded the "property-groups-2.0.dtd" file locally, but I still can't start the service without an internet connection. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Must change the dtd to point to the local dtd files. Take a look at this sample in the documentation

I had the same problem and followed the instructions but it didn't work

Share the openkm.log file to understanding the error you have
