extra.tab.workspace.label is not getting enabled

Using Open KM CE6.3.12. Even after adding "extra.tab.workspace.label" and "extra.tab.workspace.url", the extra work place tab is not showing after login . How to solve this issue ?

In the migration https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... -6311.html these parameters are marked as obsoleted
