We tried to make OpenKM as intuitive as possible, but an advice is always welcome.

Files are not getting in datastore folder

Hi,
I am using Openkm 6.3CE using Ldap principal adapter for AD
I have recently changed the datastore path in OpenKM.cfg file but when I am uploading the file, it seems to be appearing in the OpenKM, we can open it, edit it and everything,
but those uploaded files are not being seen in OpenKM/datastore folder that we have mentioned in OpenKM.cfg
Although those files are visible in the UI, that means that it is uploaded correctly, but cant be seen in datastore folder.

Can you suggest any way to fix this issue?

Please share the configuration you have updated in the OpenKM.cfg and the full path location of the datastore in your server.
