HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Hi,

we are using openkm jdk8 & Tomcat version 8. I don't know why this error is getting
HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report

Message JSP file [/OpenKM/login.jsp] not found

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Apache Tomcat/10.1.11

above mentioned is the error while hitting OpenKM URL. it is showing 404 not found means there is some possibility that has URL is incorrect. but I have verified all the cases like Git cloning, followed all the steps as per videos & documentation, and started the services everything including the database I have verified the Project build successfully. but I'm getting the error. please do the needful asap. which case this error will throw. where I have to solve the issue. please support me to solve the issue. tell me some steps to check the issue and resolve it.
I'm sharing the response with you. Kindly check it and get back to me ASAP!

1- stop the openkm
2- delete all the files in the log folder
3- start the openkm
4- try to login
5 - share the openkm.log here ( and take a look at this file because sure it is showing some error )
