Dear Team,

I'm currently using openKM community edition and I'm trying to create a workflow. The workflow that I am trying to create involves passing a file between users for approval.

My question is, Is it possible to create a workflow that passes a file between users? and if so, what are the steps that I can take to make this possible? Thank you very much.

When you start a workflow with a document, always have the document linked in the workflow and you can jump in its own location. If the problem is you do not wish to other users accessing to the document can play with security or move document to a folder where only the userX have access and then in the next step to the userY
