Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hello,

So we have installed new domain controllers on new servers. We have updated the LDAP settings in openkm to point to the new IP. But when we shut down the old server. Openkm dose not work .

users can not log in says not authorized . We have looked all the config settings and can not find anywhere where it maybe is pointing to the old server

Any help would be great.

* I suggest trying to login with the user used in the OpenKM.xml to connect with LDAP ( ensure login works from the server may be some policy restrict it )
* Check the distinguished name of the user used in the OpenKM.xml


If everything fails. I suggest starting the configuration again, switching to database configuration -> checking integration at the configuration parameters when it works there, the login will be quite easy to get working again.
