OpenKM Environment setup

Hi,
Need to create Multi level Approval in workflow - This is the Requirement.
For that i have made environment set up like Eclipse and Red hat Jboss Developer studio.

By Watching this video only i have started my environment setup. but it is posted 10 years ago. there are some plugins are not available and some of the url used in that video is showing not found.
Making proper environment set up is a biggest challenging for me. kindly helps me to which IDE i have install.
like that give some guidance or suggestions to complete my task.
