Hi,
I have changed CSS properties in configuration files.
C:\Tomcat\webapps\OpenKM\frontend \styles.css - this is the file i have changed the css properties.
after that i can able to see the css changes like background color those things in incognito window only.
means visual effect happening in incognito window only.
in Normal window while running the application css changes are not affected.
it looks like as usual only. kindly tell me the reason why it is looks like there is no visual effect in normal window.
kindly tell me the reason and give some solutions.

You must refresh the cache of the browsers, otherwise, these changes will not be shown. Cache usually helps but sometimes not.
