Some PDF Previews Blank

Some of the previews for the documents are coming up blank. How do I debug this further? These are all PDF documents that are all entering the system via the same method.
First, try downloading the PDF file and checking if can be previewed on your computer. Check the size of the PDF before and after going across the OpenKM.
What OpenKM version are you using.
