Unable to import email using IMAPS.

I am a new OpenKM user and installed 6.3.9 over docker.

We are trying to import emails using IMAP pop3 or IMAPS accounts.
After adding 2 or 3 users Emails are not imported further.
Even after waiting for 30 minutes, still emails are not coming.

I hope you can help me out.

You can force import from Administration > Users view > in the bottom right corner

Please take a look at openkm.log looking for some error while importing ( openkm.log file is in tomcat-XXX/logs folder ). I suggest upgrade to version 6.3.11 -> https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... -6311.html
