Is it possible to automate the export of metadata from the /okm:root (administration tab/export/metadata) structure?
Run it everyday at 6pm for example.
Just the metadata, not the files. I would like to include this information in the backup to facilitate the restore process of one or a few files deleted by users.
OKM CE 6.3 on Ubuntu 22.04.

In professional edition we have the option to export files and metadata before purge data into a folder, this feature is not implemented in the CE.

An approach will be create purge event -> I can try to guide on it and then link repository export with automation before the document be purged.

Another option will be to do linked with delete action ( the event currently exist ).

Tell us what option prefer to be explained.

If I can export the document's metadata when it is deleted, it already helps in locating it inside the backup files.

Feature it is implemented by default in OpenKM professional edition, but with automation you can create an automation for doing it.
