Hi,

I have a trouble using OpenKM 7.1 Professional Version Trial, when I create my Metadada, and later in Desktop I want to add my metadata group but the field is in blank. How can I resolve this trouble please?

As a OpenKM trial user, you have in the OpenKM welcome kit the credentials for accessing to the official support website. You should open ticket there either in the community forum what is for CE software.

I think the problem is that you have not registered the metadata in the profile, after creating a metadata group there's also mandatory set in the profile of the user, otherwise is invisible for them.

Please take advantage of OpenKM professional support site for future issue. Consider the type of support is not the same.
