Files not opening in excel or pdf only downloading .

Hello I am new to OpenKM. Users are stating that for a while now when they try to open any files it is only downloading them and before it uses to open whatever type of file ( pdf, excel, word.)

I am seeing this as well and have been looking around to see to do to fix this or what is causing it and could use some help.

The live editor tool is only available from the professional edition. By default in the CE the documents are downloaded with the browser and then open the file.
