Hi,

The Hotfolder plugin lets us add new files inside the "local" folder, is it not possible to add folders (and files) inside this "local" folder be added as well? Is it programmed to only consider files inside the local folder?

Yes, currently hotfolder is a one-to-one synchronization without considering hierarchy. The main reason behind it that we were looking for a basic implementation, considering folder hierarchy is something complex what have a lot of problems ( will be a large explanation ).

Maybe will be better explain the problem you are trying to solve and we can try to give some clues about how to solve ( hot folder is not the only solution ).
