Working with application property groups

Hi, I'm using .net SDK 1.2.3 and can't find any API to add and update app's property group stored in propertygroup.xml file.
Any advice? Thanks!

Check compatibility with your OpenKM version in the table https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/sdk4net/
