I have trouble with preview files. before my openkm suddenly back to factory (like it reset itself) (no user only admin, no files), and then I restore it with my back up. and then this happened, I can't preview the files, it became like this.



I check the configuration



I tried everything, reinstall libre, etc and nothing happened.
I check the soffice.bin



Please help me

UPDATE: I can't download and convert files to pdf

Server :
VMWare
Memory 8 GB
Centos 7
Mysql/MariaDB
OpenKM 6.3.9

* Check browser console, usually provide value information
* Check openkm.log file for complete stack trace error
