Does OpenKM 6.4 or 7.1 are available in Community?

As I seen in documentation, OpenKM 6.4 or 7.1 will be under OpenKM professional topic.
Or v6.4/7.1 will be available for Community in future after Professional announce new release version.

OpenKM 6.4 is the old OpenKM Professional, and the new one is 7.1

OpenKM 6.3 is the Community version. Some features from 6.4 were migrated to 6.3 and, in the future, the next major Community might be 6.5 (or perhaps 7.3). But it's not decided.
