Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Good day.

I have two questions.
My current web host service is ********. It is a free web hosting with php and mysql.
1) can ******** install this OpenKM because it does not have a terminal window to enter command and it does not seem to support java?
2) is this host able to support java and install OpenKM?

You need a real server or a virtualized one but with root access to install OpenKM.
