There's no problem in keep large files ( GB ) in OpenKM. Did should not affect the perfomance of the application. Perfomance usually come because huge repository in terms of number of documents that require database tunning ( from 1 milion or upper, take this data as an aproach because perfomance always depends in several variables not only one )
