First you must have a certificate from authority ( valid ) or created by yourself and install into windows certificate storage.
Search in google :
* "How to create personal p12 certificate"
* "How to install p12 certificate windows"

You do not need the source code, If you have a certificate accessible from windows certificates ( may be usb token etc... ) the openkm digital signature client also will be able to access them. For example if you have adobe writer ... will be able to access to your certificate if you have right configured in your computer, the scenario is exactly the same ... you do not need access to adobe writer code for it in the same manner you do not need access to the openkm code ( hope I explained in a clear manner ). If you have a trouble sure is not in the code.
Finally, the digital signature client code is not public and will never be public we share as no cost but is not licensed as open source code.
