Dears, good morning.
I have a problem with the Openkm workflow form. When I submit a form, Openkm does not automatically refresh the page. I have to press the F5 key to update and move on to the next form. Any help will be an asset

What OpenKM version are you using?
It is shown some error in the web console? Usually should be issue with your workflow either user interface.
Any error shown in the openkm log ( tomcat-XXX/logs -> openkm.log )

I´m using 6.3 Version.
Is showing the following error in the web console:
