It keeps showing loading after login

hello
I successfully installed OKMInstaller.jar on the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 system, and the database used is MYSQL5.7.32. But after login, the interface keeps displaying loading OpenKM. The attachment is the interface displayed after login.
can you help me?

Clean the browser cache for this URL following the next steps:
1- set the URL in the browser
2- click F5 + refresh icon ( that should clean the cache data for the current URL )
This kind of issue happens after OpenKM upgrade. The UI have changed in terms of HTML + javascript code and must refresh the old cache data.

I followed your steps to clear the cookie of this URL and refreshed the webpage. The problem is still the same after logging in again.
Is there any other way?

In a 99% of the cases the cache is the problem. If this is not the problem then is more difficult identify the reason behind. This is a clean installation?
Is shown any error in the openkm.log file?
