is there any way to use openkm as a lettering system or Office Automation? i mean creating a letter with automatic numbering and send to someone else and ...

Should be done an small customization for this scenario, but can be done with all the pieces you have in OpenKM working in the right combination.

1- First you need to create a document -> I suggest read templates ( https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... lates.html )
2- Also read about metadata, in the metadata you should indicate the e-mail of the person you want to send the file
3- With automation should send the email -> here will be necessary to create your own automation plugin https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ction.html

You will need our personal development environment and some knowledge of JAVA for doing it ( can download from here ). It is not much difficult. We can guide in the methods you need for it.
