I am using OpenKM v6.4 and have pagination turned on. It displays 10 items by default, and you can manually select 25, 50 or 100 items from the drop down list. Is there a way to have the default be something other than ten?

As user of professional edition, you should use professional support website, anyway simply replacing 10 value to another you will get what you are looking for.
