Hi,
Please verify that you do not have multiple versions of the requirements installed, such as the Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio, Adobe Reader or NET Framework.
In the case of Visual C ++ Redistributable I recommend you try the x86.
Follow the next steps:
1) Uninstall the OKMScanner.
2) Install the OKMScanner by executing the file "Setup.exe" as administrator.
If the error persists, share a screenshot showing the installed requirements (Control panel / Programs) and the file "OKMScanner.log" located in "C: \ Users \ [you user] \ Documents \ OpenKM".
