Hi,

When we search for both folder and document (on Advanced Search), it takes a lot of time to load and returns the following error,


The search term is actually in folder only, but we selected both Folder and Document in Advanced Search,

It usually returns the result that matches but now it shows above error, please explain why?

If you check only the folder the error also happens?

No error if only Folder is checked, it happens only when both Document and Folder are selected.

Earlier it worked (didn't show this error) when both are selected, it returns data from wherever results are available.

Can you capture the complete error from catalina.log and share here.

In case you check only documents it does happens, confirm this point?

From the screenshot seems the error is caused by Email. Did you have categories in your system? and documents assigned to categories?
