I am on a cloud trial, I would like to ask what is causing this error on Zone OCR? OKM-002006

OKM-002 Some problem getting documents to server. 006 Caused by general cause

Please talk with sales & marketing manager. Explain the issue and he will forward to OpenKM team staff to help with it.
