Using OpenKM 6.2.5 Community edition

I'm trying to set up level of access (a Profile?) that allows users VERY limited options. I need to remove their ability to print documents (and remove the icon/button/menu option as well). This does not seem to be one of the options within the Profile configuration.

Is this option?

The problem is not in the toolbar it is also in the preview feature. Anyway, if the user can download the file, then can print the document, I think you are not solving anything with this kind of restriction. In this scenario the only thing what may have some sense will be a preview based on images; the user will be able to download images of the document but not the original file.

But before looking for a solution, what is your requirement, explain your scenario.
