Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I'm using OpenKM CE 6.3.8 on Ubuntu 18.04
I am trying to use the Desktop importer tool: found here https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... -tool.html
However, I've not been successful. Most consistently I am getting http 406 errors. Is this tool compatible with CE? If yes, any ideas how to get this working is most appreciated.

As you can see in the download URL, it is for OpenKM 6.4 but I don't know if it has sense nowadays. There are other ways to achieve the same result. For example you can move the documents to the OpenKM server and import them from the administration.
