Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

Hi guys, tried to set-up mail archiving feature for OpenKM but still not working. It is yielding this error when I click on "Check" button:

• I am using the gsuite email

• Imap / pop settings in my gsuite is turned on

What else did I miss?

Will be great if you can share with us some screenshot for better understanding. Hide sections what should not be shared in public.
