Hello !
I'm using openkm-6.4.14 pro trial version in Win7 64bit system
Now I can preview pdf, word, excel, powerpoint.... but can't preview video file...
I have already installed the newest ffmpeg in my server and also configured it
Code: Select all
system.ffmpeg = C:\\ffmpeg-20190411-3e10223-win64-static\\bin\\ffmpeg.exe
But whatever I used the Firefox or Google Chrome to preview .mp4 or .flv files
Both show the error message in my preview panel
Code: Select all
Task Queue failed at step 5: Playlist could not be loaded: Playlist file did not contain a valid playlist
Image

But in the file properties panel, I can see the video snapshot image
Image

Does anyone know how to fix it ?
Thank you Thank you very much <(_ _)>

Seems flv is not supported by the video preview tool. I think this is an old feature what should be replaced by current HTML5 what provides better support for videos ( in the past this video media player was a good option but nowadays seems this code section should be upgraded ).

Thank you everybody ~
But I tried the .flv video in the openkm-6.3.2-community version yesterday...
It can preview this video ....

And I found that the 6.3 version does not have this configuration
Code: Select all
system.ffmpeg = No such configuration in version 6.3
but it can preview ....
why ??

And anyone knows how to fix the feature to version 6.4 ?

Thanks <(_ _)>

Are you sure about you are talking about version 6.4.x ? because this version is the professional, not the community and as a customer should use OpenKM customer support website.

This is a very very old trial, consider totally deprecated ( I do not know from where did you downloaded, share me the link if you got it ). If you want a trial should ask to us from our contact form https://www.openkm.com/en/contact.html
