Hello,

I just did a full install of MySQL, and while configuring, I got an "port is in use" error on the 'Type and Networking' window. The port is 3306 (the standard - I did not change it). Can anyone tell me how I can solve this ?

Might be you have port 3306 already used by other application? MySQL server it starts? Are you able to login into MySQL?
A more detailed error description might help us to help you.
