I have installed OpenKM 6.3CE on server and I have connected several network users. I'm interested if I install Microsoft Addin and Microsoft Office on server is it possible network users without installed Microsoft Office to use it. I don't think it will work but ...

It is not possible, any Microsoft Office Addin will require to having Microsoft Office in the computer of the end user. This is not and OpenKM restriction is for any Microsoft Office Addin.
