Hi,
I have Openkm 2.0 installed on windows xp. I would like to upgrade it to the new version 3.0 but am not able to find any documentation to do it. I have many files in my Openkm version 2.0 currently.
Can anyone guide me how to upgrade my installation to version 3.0 safely?
Thank you in advance.

Delete /okm:root/yyyyy/zzzzz.doc from OpenKM 2.0, run migration process, and upload this document to OpenKM again.
I\'ve never seen this error in a migration. I should investigate your repository structure to know what happened.

The utility log was cut off halfway.
I had replaced the name and path of the file, such that the structure and the length remained the same.
I tried to delete the file in OpenKM, but the delete option is grey out.
There is an checkout icon beside the file.
I am not able to delete or check in the file even though I am logged in as the person who did the checkout.
The strange thing is that the version logged is jcr:rootVersion.
How can I solve this error to allow migration to proceed?

Try to log as the person who perform the checkout and cancel it.
Further actions implies visit your repository and check its low level structure. I can\'t do anything without more detailed information.

Yes I had logged in as the person who had performed the checkout but was not able to cancel it...
What information do I need to provide in order for you to help me?

How can grab the version as below the line, when I upgrade the documents are getting the initial version (1.0), should stay with the current version (1.4).
