Hello,

Can we configure openkm to provide live read-only documents with versioning in each environment ?
Can we have one but separate access login username and password for access to each of the different environments ?
Can we have the version number of the document in sync with the sprint number (Agile development) ?

You have some mess. A document might be read only by security. About versioning is a feature what it comes by default into OpenKM. I do not understand why are you talking about different environments? You can use metadata, or keyword, etc. to mark a document for a specific spring number.

I think will be more interesting if you share with us the detail of the problem you are trying to solve and we will suggest some configuration for it. Usually are several ways to solve a problem, but someones are more direct and easy than others, I think you have in your mind a solution, but will be better if you share with us the problem and let us collaborate in the solution.
