About $1000 for GB I do not know where did you get this kind of ideas that are totally wrong. Here might be some misunderstanding and I want to locate you in our CRM to track what is happening. If you have answered the questions sales forwarded to you and is the standard installation with 1-2 emails should have the estimated cost. In other cases will have a sense what you are explaining.
