Increasing Repository Size

My repository size is 850MB. My hard drive size is 200GB. I need to increase the repository size. When logged in as admin the Repository says it is 95% full. How can I increase the repository size? Also what happens when the repository says 100% full?

Thanks in advance.

That graphs are only information about how repository size is distributed, how 100% repository size is distributed on % under root / user documents / trash ...

You don\'t need to increase repository size, that\'s not the idea, only controlling OS hard disk free space.
