I am using Openkm Windows version. I am able to upload the image but not able to get the preview.
Kindly guide.

Can you see if you write something in the openkm.log file of the tomcat when you try to visualize the image?

You can also check if the value of this parameter is correct system.swftools.pdf2swf
To do this you must go to Administration-> Configuration

Are you using the last OpenKM version ?
In the profile you have the option Acrobat plugin previes disabled ?
What is the value of you property system.previewer ( Administration > Configuration ) ?
