For linux I suggest https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ackup.html
For windows some tool like https://www.iperiusbackup.es/index.aspx ( you might backup entire tomcat folder and database too ), I think the solution should be https://www.iperiusbackup.es/backup-database.aspx
