I would like to know if it is possible to export in CSV file or Excel file, the records made with OpenKM according to a certain number of variables: for example the name of the file, the place where it is stored, the author, the description, ...

The easiest way for doing it is with a report. Here have a lot of documentation trying to explain how build your own report https://docs.openkm.com/kcenter/view/ok ... ports.html

Here the most difficult might be what data is selected? based in actual folder, in a search or the whole repository. Probably the most difficult will be set the origin of the data.
