i am logging in to the OpenKM document management system and when i clicked the Administration tab, i am getting the following error.
can you please be kind to guide me to solve the issue?

It's a fresh OpenKM installation or you are doing some kind of compilation ?
Check $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/OpenKM/admin folder
Also check into $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/OpenKM.war file ( really it's a zip file what can be opened with winrar or similar application )
