Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

dear sir / madam,

currently my openkm application is running from the following URL

https://10.9.0.91/OpenKM/login.jsp

but , i want to run the OpenKM Application using the following URL.

https://10.9.0.91/login.jsp

what are the changes i must do?
please be kind to guide me

Dear Sir/ madam,
when i typed as http:// localhost / ,
then the URL is automatically redirecting to the following URL.

http:// localhost / login.jsp

but when i typed the IP address instead of localhost
http:// 10.9.0.91 / ,
then i am redirecting to the following error.

when i access the OpenKM with the following URL , iam getting the following interface for the login.jsp

the URL is : http:// localhost / login.jsp

the interface i am getting is as the following image
later if i logged in to the system throught the shown interface, i can not upload any files to the OpenKM document management system.

please be kind to tell me the reason.

Is a new installation ? something compiled by you ?

Seems the styles are not applyed ( missing ), check HTML source code and look for css style files.
