File uploader tools can't be use!

If click the "file uploader tools" , The system shows:
OKM-018022(setScannerApplet): 浏览配置文件的时候出错！
JRE support not detected in your browser
Windows 7, JRE-8u131-windows-x64 installed.
What's wrong ? What can I do?

Scanner applet is deprecated in the last OpenKM release, I think you are using older version. Take in consideration JAVA support has been removed from browsers that means applets will no longer be used from the browser ( the only solution is use older browser version, what obviously we do not recommend ).
Why do not use the Windows OpenKM Scanner tool available at download section

Consider we no longer invest effors in some technology what is definitively deprecated.
