can you please tell me step by step on how to run OpenKM in port 80 and port 443?

i am using CentOS 6.9.

You have something wrong sure.
What is your OS ?
Share with us the openkm.conf configuration you used, ensure tomcat server is running, ensure you have followed all steps described there.
