Did you followed the steps shown in the videos of the webpage viewtopic.php?f=3&t=21289

You installed in a clean server or in a server with other tools installed.

Share with us the catalina.log file to see what happens ( stop application, delete the file, start the application and try to login, then upload the file here ).
