Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

I am trying to restore repository and postgres db.
Db has some missing files in repository as data in repository and db is inconsistent.
When i am trying to purge file from trash its giving me msg that file not found.
Textextractor is not working properly because of this error.
Is there anyway i can sync repository and DB files or make them consistent.

Correct me if I understood. Files are into database, but are not present in repository. Is that ?
Which is your OS ?
Which is your OpenKM version ?

Go to Administration > Tools > Execute a respository checker ( at /okm:trash ), sure will be shown a lot of errors. Save into a txt file.
