The Catalina Home enviroment variable is not defined correctly

Good Morning,
Yesterday I downloaded OpenKM 6.3.1 community edition, after the installation completed I opened a command prompt window and typed the following-:
C:/OpenKM-6.3.1-community\tomcat\bin\startup.bat. And pressed enter
I then received the following error message, the Catalina_home environment variable is not defined correctly
This environment variable is needed to run this program.
Despite looking at the previous notes on the forum I have been unable to resolve this issue,
I would be most grateful if someone could point me in the right direction in order to resolve this issue.
