Hi,

I have installed OpenKM 6.3 in ubuntu server 14.04.

When I tried to send the document link from File-> Send Document Link, I got the below error.

Code: Select all

OKM-010013(notify): OKM-010013

MessagingException: 525-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted.

So please guide me on how to fix this issue.

Did you checked if openkm mail configuration is going right, because seems and error there ( look at http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/Tomcat ... figuration ) I'm not sure if in community version Administration > tools > you have an option to check mail ( look there ).
