Uploaded Size in Status Bar Stays at 0 bytes

I have searched the documentation and these forums, but can't seem to find an answer on why this installation will not update to show the amount of space has been used per user in the repository. Below is a screenshot of the dashboard. Files have been uploaded by myself, but the status bar is still showing 0 bytes. This is version 6.3.0. This is the community version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems there's a problem calculating use size. I suggest upgrade to 6.3.1 because in that version we have corrected some bugs, however go to Administration > crontab and execute a task named "Refresh User Items" and after "User Items Serialize". These refreshing the assigned repository size for user.

Thank you for the reply. I have looked under the crontab, but I do not have either of those tasks in the list. Can I download the cron jobs and add them myself?

I suggest upgrade to 6.3.1 there sure are present these tasks, the upgrade in your case is really easy

Thank you for the help. I have upgraded to 3.6.1 and everything seems to be working properly at this time.
