Open Source Document Management System | OpenKM

In openkm DMS property group are updated with the use of xml file. Some time that property group are updated or some time not. When I try to add new property group then old one is not display in list. Once I click on refresh then all property group will be getting display.
What is the solution for that.

What OpenKM version are you using? Because on latest version are on database.
